In case of no activity in the account for more than 5 minutes, the account session shall cease for operations. In such a scenario, the user will have to again log into the account by filling the requisite information in order to have access to the account.

3. Security alert when log in from an unknown device

Our systems are also enabled with a feature of sending a security alert to the registered email as well as registered phone numbers of the users when an attempt is made to log into the registered account with an unknown device. This helps the users to further keep a track on the activities taking place in a particular account.

4. Account accessible only on entering a ONE TIME PASSWORD

An account can only be accessed once the One Time Password (OTP) received by the user on their registered phone numbers is filled correctly at the time of accessing an account. This feature acts an extra added security for protection of account or its information from being misused.
