The rules for using studydelta, in plain English

This page says what using the product means you agree to. It is written to be read, not survived. Last updated 10 August 2026. See also the privacy page for what we store about you.

What access buys

Paying for a certification unlocks the full question bank, the weighted mock, and the drills for that certification, for you, as one person, to study with. It is not a licence to the questions themselves, and it does not transfer to anyone else. The free practice questions and the study notes stay open to anyone, signed in or not.

What you agree not to do

The whole product rests on the question bank being worth paying for, which only holds if it does not end up copied somewhere free. So, whether you have paid or not, you agree not to:

  • export, scrape, or otherwise pull the question bank in bulk, whether by hand or with a script, bot, or any other automated tool;
  • redistribute, resell, or otherwise share questions, answers, or explanations outside your own studying;
  • share your account or sign-in link so someone else can use your access as if it were theirs;
  • access the product through anything other than the normal, unmodified site.

This is enforced technically as well as written here: every question-serving and answer-checking request is capped to a rate no honest studying session comes close to, so an account that keeps hitting the cap is doing something a person answering questions one at a time does not do. We can suspend or revoke access for an account that breaks these rules, without a refund for the time remaining on it.

What the product is, and isn't

studydelta is independent practice material, written and checked against the certification's current published exam guide. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by the certification vendor, and it is not the real exam: no question here is a copy of one you will see in the exam room. Practicing well is not a guarantee of passing.

Certification and vendor names appear on this site only to say which exam a set of questions was written for. Each of those names belongs to its own owner, not to us.

Refunds and the right to withdraw

We sell to consumers from the Netherlands, so EU law gives you a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, no reason needed. Digital content has one exception written into that law: once you have expressly agreed that access starts right away, and it has, the withdrawal right ends at that point instead of running the full 14 days. Buying access asks for that agreement with a tick box before the checkout opens, stated plainly rather than assumed, and what you agreed to is recorded against the payment. If you never gave it, the ordinary 14-day right still applies.

The payment itself is taken by Polar Software, Inc., which is our merchant of record: they are the seller for the transaction, they work out and remit the tax, and theirs is the name on your receipt and on your card statement. The price you see is the total you pay, in US dollars, with any VAT or sales tax already inside it rather than added at the last screen.

No warranty

The product is provided as it is. We work to keep the question bank accurate and current, but we do not promise it is free of mistakes, available every minute, or fit for any particular purpose beyond general study.

Ending access

You can stop using the product at any time; email [email protected] to close your account, or to ask about a withdrawal under the rule above. We can end an account's access for breaking the rules above.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that affects what you can do with your access, the date at the top changes with it.
